We demand transparency and independent investigations into deaths wrongly labeled as suicides, overdoses, or accidents—and cold cases both murder & missing persons where a suspect is known. No more cover-ups.

We call for new federal laws that:
Mandate additional and separate autopsies by independent medical examiners in cases involving law enforcement or government officials, or when families demand it.
Require federal review of suspicious deaths labeled as suicides, overdose, accidents, and cold cases requested by families of the victims.
Strip immunity from officials who obstruct investigations.
